Presentation
Building Production-Ready AI Pipelines: From Data to Deployment
Teams often lose weeks stitching together data sources, models, prompts, evaluation workflows, and deployment infrastructure. In this session, Josh and Anirudh will break down practical patterns for building AI pipelines that are reliable, scalable, and easier to operate in the real world.
The talk will cover orchestration, model-agnostic design, cost control, and deployment lessons drawn from developer-first platforms such as VS Code and Cursor, along with examples from RocketRide’s open-source, IDE-native AI pipeline tooling. RocketRide focuses on helping developers build, run, and deploy production-ready AI pipelines directly from their development environment, with patterns that can scale beyond early prototypes.
If you’re building AI features that need to move from local experimentation into repeatable, production-ready workflows, this session should give you a clearer picture of how to design the full path from data to deployment.
Speakers: Josh Phillips and Anirudh Kuppili
Josh Phillips is DevRel at RocketRide, and Anirudh Kuppili is a developer at RocketRide, an open-source platform for building and deploying AI pipelines from inside the IDE.
